Sending Assignments

There are multiple ways you can send content assignments to your Students. 

To send a song or exercise to just one Student

1. Open the piece you wish to send from our Content Library. 

2. Click Assign 

3. Choose the Student from the drop-down list.

4. Choose the part you want them to record or to allow them to have access to all parts, and leave the default "All Parts."

5. Adjust Advanced Options as needed. For more information about Advanced Options, click Here

6. Click Assign

To send a piece to multiple students

You can assign a piece to your whole Roster, select Students, or an entire Group at once. 

To send a piece to all Students

1. Go to My Students.
2. Click Assign to All Students
3. Choose the Collection you wish to assign from
4. Search for the title you wish to assign
5. Adjust Advanced Options as needed. For more information about Advanced Options, click Here
6. Click Assign

To send a piece to select Learners

1. Go to My Students
2. Place a check in the box next to the Students you wish to send the assignment to
3. Click Assign to Selected
4. Follow steps 3-6 above

To send a piece to a Group 

If you have created Groups in your account, you can send Assignments to an entire group at once. For more about using Groups click Here

1. Click on the Group name from the My Roster area. 
2. Click Assign to All.
3. Choose the Collection you wish to assign from.
4. Search for the title you wish to assign.
5. Adjust Advanced Options as needed. For more information about Advanced Options, click Here
6. Click Assign
